Last night

Tonight I found a website that has put the health care bill into layman's terms and done a much better job than I am doing:

It seems to be a non-partisan site of the Library of Congress. I had forgotten about it. I have used it before to understand bills.

So, I am signing off - if I feel led to spout off about another topic, I will be back...
